WT5 WiFi controller and Philips Hue

The WT5 is a WiFi-based controller and does not support Zigbee, which is the protocol used by the Philips Hue system. This means it cannot connect directly to the Philips Hue Bridge or integrate with the Hue ecosystem.

However, the HL-WT5 can still be controlled through the Tuya Smart Life app and is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice control. This allows you to integrate it into your smart home setup for easy control through voice commands or app-based automation.

For Philips Hue integration, consider our HL-WZ5 model, which combines Zigbee 3.0 compatibility with both Zigbee and RF control options, ideal for hybrid setups. Alternatively, we offer pure Zigbee 3.0 models specifically designed for direct integration with Zigbee networks, like Philips Hue, for reliable and stable Zigbee-only operation.
