Important Installation Note: Due to the high power of this LED strip and its 10-metre length, it is highly recommended to power both ends in parallel to the controller to prevent voltage drop. This ensures consistent brightness throughout the entire length of the strip and helps to maintain the longevity of the product. Direct connections using a 5-core cable are recommended for longer installations to maintain optimal performance.

However, for installations in challenging environments such as gardens, saunas, steam rooms, or areas exposed to extreme weather conditions, the warranty is limited to 1 year. For high-temperature environments, it is recommended to install the strip on an aluminium flat bar or concrete surface to aid in heat dissipation and prolong the lifespan of the LEDs.

When installed correctly, the strip maintains its IP68 rating for over 5 years, even when in temporary contact with or submerged in water.
Compatibility and Installation Tips: The strip comes with a 15cm wire ending on each side, making it simple to cut and use in smaller sections. It is fully compatible with Fibaro RGBW LED Controllers, Rako, or any standard anode LED controller. When powering this 10m length, always use an RGBW controller paired with an appropriate LED driver. The LED driver does not need to be dimmable since brightness control and colour adjustment can be handled by the controller. Soldering connections is recommended to ensure waterproofing, using liquid electrical tape or waterproof heat shrink sleeving.
