Overview: The Hi-Line HL-V1-L single-colour LED strip controller is a robust, high-performance constant-voltage controller. It’s designed for smooth, flicker-free dimming of single-colour LED strips, with enclosed terminals for safer, cleaner installations. Supporting a wide range of voltages from 12V to 48V, it provides precise control and powerful performance, making it ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial lighting applications.
With a maximum output of 15A at 12V/24V and 10A at 36V/48V, the controller ensures reliable operation even for high-power lighting setups. The RF 2.4GHz wireless control allows for remote operation up to 30 metres, while the push-dim feature enables local control via a simple wall switch.
The remote control is sold separately. This smart controller can be paired in many configurations—such as multiple controllers with one remote or a multi-zone remote controlling several controllers. Enclosed Input/Output Terminals: Safeguards wiring connections and ensures a clean, professional installation.
Wiring Requirements: Supports wire sizes from 0.5mm² to 2.0mm², with clear guidelines for different load currents.
Heat Dissipation: Ensure a minimum spacing of 20cm between controllers to avoid overheating, and install the controller at least 1 metre above ground for optimal wireless performance.
Push-Dim Wiring: Ensure push-dim wiring is kept separate from high-voltage AC lines to prevent interference.

For customers requiring a controller with adjustable PWM frequencies for applications like video studios or HD camera setups, where flicker-free lighting is crucial, we offer the HL-V1-L/P model. Please note that this is a separate product, featuring selectable PWM frequencies of 500Hz, 2kHz, 8kHz, and 16kHz.
While the HL-V1-L offers a default PWM frequency of 500Hz, the HL-V1-L/P is designed for specialised environments where flicker-free operation is necessary. Higher PWM frequencies on the HL-V1-L/P prevent flicker on camera, but may result in slightly lower output current and higher power noise.
If your project involves filming or precise lighting control for cameras, the HL-V1-L/P is the more suitable choice. Make sure to select the correct model for your specific needs.
