Technical Specifications:
Wire Configuration: Equipped with 22 AWG flat ribbon wires in the colour sequence of black, green, red, blue, white, and yellow. Important: Wire colours may not align with standard LED strip configurations. Please verify and match the wire colours according to the specifications printed on your LED strip.
Current Capacity: Each pin can handle up to 3.5A. For optimal safety and performance, avoid loading pins to their maximum capacity.
Operating Voltage: Compatible with systems running between 3V and 24V DC.
Installation Instructions:
Strip Insertion: Insert the LED strip straight into the connector to avoid bending. Push the strip in as far as it will go without forcing it.
Securing the Strip: Close the clips to lock the strip into place. Consult the product photos for visual guidance on proper insertion depth.

Important Usage Note: The COB RGB+Tunable White 12mm LED Strip to Strip Connector can handle a maximum current of 3.5A through each contact. However, due to the common anode contact, the total current passing through the connector is limited to 3.5A. This means at 24V, the maximum load is 84 watts. For instance, with a 16W/m COB RGB+Tunable White LED strip, the connector can be used to connect a maximum of 5 metres of LED strip. This connector should be used at the end of a 5m strip to join another 5m strip, but it cannot be used at the beginning of a 10m length to join the remaining 9m.
Caution for Installation:
When using these connectors for COB or SMD strips, inexperienced handling can damage the LED strip. It is crucial to test the connector beforehand to become familiar with its use. Ensure the cut point copper of the section you will use is correctly aligned with the clamping terminal. Inserting the connector too deeply or too shallowly can cause a short circuit of some of the strip's colours. Proper insertion depth is essential to avoid damaging the LED strip. Practice and testing will help achieve the correct technique.
